Terms
Ordering and payment
When you send an order, Bobbo emails you an invoice to pay by bank transfer. Little Story and Digital Storybook are paid in full before work starts. Keepsake Book and Signature Collection need a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due when you approve the final proof.
Timings
Ready-by dates are confirmed by Bobbo once he has your order. Printed books depend on printing and postal times, which are outside our control, especially in December.
Changes
You see a proof before anything is final. Digital Storybook includes 1 round of changes, Keepsake Book 2 and Signature Collection 3.
Cancelling
Because every story is made personally for you, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once work has started. If you cancel before Bobbo begins writing, you get a full refund. After that, the deposit or payment is kept to cover the work done.
Your story
Your story is yours to keep, print and share with family and friends. You confirm you're happy for Bobbo to use the photos and memories you send, including those of other people, to make it. Bobbo writes every story himself and creates the artwork and films with modern digital tools.
